Drowning is Australia's largest cause of accidental child deaths, and is completely preventable. Whilst there is no substitution for for parental supervision Playguard is designed to give parents and carers the sixth sense in safety by providing an anti-drowning and anti-lost wristband alarm system.

With a simple and lockable wristband, simply connect the wristband to your child and ensure your base station is within 50 metres of your pool. When the wristband comes in contact with water the alarm on the base station will sound. It will also sound if the wristband leaves the settable (5 - 50 metre) radius of the base station.

The base station can be powered using the included AC adapter or by inserting 4 AAA batteries.

The Playguard is the only device of its kind in Australia and has been tested in accordance with product guidelines (children and electronics).
