- Shipping fees apply (orders over $200 may be valid for free shipping in accordance with our free shipping offer. However, certain items are exempt from free shipping as noted on our website - bulky goods and delivery addresses in rural and/or remote areas (including NT) are excluded)
- Due to sale there may be a 1-2 week delay in dispatch of sale items, you will be advised of any delays regarding your order.

You can shop online, in store or via phone at MetroMum! Once an order is placed you will receive an order confirmation via your nominated email address. Please ensure that all items ordered, your contact and delivery details contained on your order confirmation are correct. If not, please contact our office immediately so that we can amend your order. Once your order is dispatched, your items ordered and delivery details cannot be changed.
If you do not receive an order confirmation email, please contact our office, as the email address recorded may not be correct. We will confirm receipt of your order and arrange for a confirmation to be resent.
MetroMum is pleased to offer you a number of payment options, please select your payment method at the checkout.
Credit Card: we accept Visa, MasterCard online, in store and via phone. American Express credit cards (phone payments only).
PayPal: we accept PayPal payments online only
Other Methods: we also accept Direct Deposit, Bank Cheque and Personal Cheque however orders will not be dispatched until your payment has been cleared to MetroMum. Our bank account details will be advised to you when you select this method of payment during checkout.
All prices stated on our website are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST. MetroMum reserves the right to change product prices without notice. International orders, will have the GST amount deducted.
Cost of Shipping
The cost of shipping will be shown during checkout for your delivery destination. For some products, the cost of shipping may not shown at checkout, as noted in the product description for these items (furniture and large bulky items). In this instance MetroMum’s sales team will contact you to advise the shipping fee payable for your order. Payment of this delivery is required prior to the dispatch of your order. You may cancel your order if you wish not to accept the shipping charge.

If using a discount code or gift certificate code in conjunction with your order please enter your code at checkout. If you require assistance please contact our office. A discount code or gift certificate code deduction cannot be applied after your order has been placed or beyond its expiry date
Your order can be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch. All order cancellations must be emailed or sent in writing. Your order is considered current unless cancelled via email or in writing by you. You will receive a confirmation of cancellation via email from MetroMum.
Order Cancellations for furniture, prams and large items
Order cancellations for furniture, prams and large items (i.e. orders over $500) will incur a 30% cancellation fee.
MetroMum updates its product availability daily. However, at times there may be an inventory error. If an item is unexpectedly out of stock or if there is any delay with the dispatch of your order you will be notified within 48 hours of purchase. You will be given the opportunity to either backorder the out of stock items or cancel your order at your convenience.
Promotions & Subscriptions
You can subscribe to our newsletter to receive exclusive offers and notifications of new products. By placing an order with MetroMum or registering as a customer you authorise us to send you promotional emails, exclusive sale offers and new product updates. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletter.
Exchange and/or Refund Policy
We have carefully selected all our products for their quality and want you to be happy with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction, if you are not happy with your purchase you may request an exchange (with the exception of furniture) or refund, provided that the following conditions are met:
The products are returned within 14 days of purchase date. Please Download and Complete our Returns Form and enclose with your returned items.
Returning product/s must be in their original packaging, undamaged, unworn, with original tags and unused.
PLEASE NOTE – that NO refunds or exchanges are available on furniture and sale items.

Once your item is returned we will issue you a store credit for the value of the item (less postage costs). The store credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
All items are checked prior to dispatch. However, if you receive a product which you believe is faulty please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Certain problems can be resolved immediately. However, you may be requested to provide photographs of any damaged items to assist in determining the fault. Alternatively, you may be directed to the manufacturers service department.
If the product is determined to be faulty we will provide a full refund or exchange on your item. Postage fees associated with the faulty product within Australia
will be refunded, provided that the fault is reported within 3 months of purchase. International postage fees will not be refunded. If the item was shipped together with other items, only the postage fee related to the deemed faulty item will be refunded.
Please note that MetroMum makes no warranties or representations of any kind for the products being offered on this website. Any warranties made are by the manufacturers themselves. Warranty periods vary depending on the individual product purchased.
Refusal to Supply
MetroMum reserves the right to refuse or discontinue supply or services of any products without notice to persons who are deemed to engage in conduct or activities that we believe violates any of the above terms and conditions.
