What is the MM loyalty point program?

To thank our customers for their patronage we are pleased to offer a loyalty points program. Simply shop at Metro Mum and receive 5 points for every $1 spent (excluding GST). You can then use your points to receive a discount during future purchases (terms and conditions apply).

Maximum of $15 value in points redeemable per transaction, $30 minimum order spend.

Points are valid for use with full priced items only (not valid with any other offer or discount, package deals or sale items).

MM Club Terms and Conditions

• By joining, the applicant agrees to become a member of the MM Club and be bound by all terms and conditions contained on this website.
• Metro Mum may refuse any application for membership. Membership is only available to people residing in Australia.
• A member must promptly notify MM Club of any change of address or other details supplied to Metro Mum.
• Metro Mum may vary these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to you.
• To the extent permitted by law all representations, conditions and warranties are excluded. Liability of Metro Mum for a breach of a condition or warranty implied by law or otherwise which cannot be excluded is limited, where permitted, to supplying or paying the costs of supplying the goods or services again or repairing or paying the costs of repairing the goods, at Metro Mum's option.
• Except as provided in clause 6, Metro Mum will not be liable under these terms and conditions or otherwise to a member.
• Metro Mum may at any time without prior notice a) suspend or terminate the MM Club in which case all memberships will be suspended or terminated, as the case may be; or b) vary any benefits, privileges or offers offered by Metro Mum to members.
• Metro Mum may terminate a membership without notice for any reason including, without limitation, if these terms and conditions are not complied with or are abused by a member.
• A member may access and update personal information or terminate his or her membership at any time by giving written notice to Metro Mum, visiting the MM Club website or by sending an email to contact@metromum.com.au A notice will be deemed to be given by Metro Mum to a member if it is sent to the postal address or email address of the member appearing in the database.
