We want you to be able to purchase our gorgeous gifts at your convenience! We are proud to introduce you to our LAYBY service to you.

Layby Terms

Metro Mum offers an 8 week layby service

We require a 30% deposit at the time of placing your order.

Payments are required on a weekly basis, with the total invoice amount to be paid in full by 8 weeks.

How to Place A Layby Order

To place a layby order simply follow the usual checkout process and enter code LAYBY (please use capitals) during checkout to pay a deposit of 30% on your order.

You will be advised via email of the payment amount required each week and your layby expiry date.

Payments

You can elect to make payments via Direct Deposit OR Automatic Credit Card deductions can be arranged.

Contact sales@metromum.com.au or 02 96024441 to arrange a periodic deduction from your credit card.

Terms & Conditions

1. You can cancel your layby at any time, simply email sales@metromum.com.au OR call 02 9602 4441
2. The initial 30% deposit is not refundable if your layby is cancelled
3. Weekly payments are the responsibility of the customer, you will not receive reminders.
4. Is a weekly payment is not received, Metro Mum reserves the right to email you to advise that your layby will be cancelled within 3 days if payment is not received.
5. The total invoice cost is payable 8 weeks from the date of your order.
6. If your layby is cancelled by either you or Metro Mum, you will be refunded your payments (less the non-refundable 30% deposit) and the items ordered returned to stock.
7. Layby items must exceed $300 in value (exclusive of postage costs)
8. Laybys not available for sale items, discounted items or items purchased with a promotional discount code.
