LAYBY TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

At Metro Mum we strive to constantly improve our services for the benefit of our customers. We are proud to introduce our new LAYBY service, to ensure that shopping with MetroMum is as convenient as possible. You are now able to layby your purchase and pay for our gorgeous designer gifts and gear over a period of time suitable to you.

Layby Terms

Metro Mum offers an 8 week layby period with 20% deposit required at the time of placing your order.

Payments are required on a fortnightly basis, with the total invoice amount to be paid in full by 8 weeks.

How to Place A Layby Order

To place a layby order simply follow the usual checkout process and enter code ‘layby' during checkout to pay a deposit of 20% on your order.

You will be advised via email of the payment amount required each fortnight. Payments can be made via:

Account Name:      Metro Mum
BSB:                    032710
Account Number:   118480

Please use your surname and invoice number as the payment reference.

OR

Credit Card:

Contact sales@metromum.com.au to arrange a periodic deduction from your credit card.

Conditions:

1. You can cancel your layby at any time, however your initial 20% deposit is non-refundable
2. The fortnightly payments are the responsibility of the customer, you will not receive fortnightly reminders.
3. An email will be sent at 7 weeks confirming your final payment required at 8 weeks.
4. If your total invoice cost is not paid in full by 8 weeks from the date of your order. You will be refunded your payments, less the non-refundable 20% deposit and the items ordered returned to stock.
5. Layby's unable to be placed in conjunction with a promotional discount code.
