Is my payment secure? We have partnered with Westpac to bring you a secure shopping experience. Our payment page adheres to Westpac's strict security requirements. Our online credit card payments are accepted over 128-bit SSL encryption, via Westpac. Your credit card information is never stored on our servers. How will my personal details be used?
Please see our Privacy policy on our Terms and Conditions page. What are your postage rates and how do you deliver? Please refer to our delivery information for an outline of delivery charges. We deliver gifts Australia-wide via either Australia Post or courier. No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.
All parcels need to be delivered to a residential or business address, not a Post Office Box. We ask that someone be available to accept delivery of the parcel. If no one is available to accept delivery, the parcel will be left at the address unattended. If you do not want the parcel left unattended please advise us during check out in the Comments section. How do I qualify for FREE DELIVERY?
Simply spend $200 or more and receive free delivery. What is your exchange and/or refund policy? We have carefully selected all our products for their quality and want you to be happy with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction, if you are not happy with your purchase you may request an exchange (with the exception of furniture), provided that the following conditions are met: - The products are returned within14 days of purchase date
- The product/s are in their original packaging, undamaged and unused
- You email us at sales@metromum.com.au and provide your name, invoice number, product description, reason for return and your request for exchange or refund
You receive a Return Code (RC), from our sales team (please write your RC on your returns parcel)

No refunds or exchanges are available on furniture and sale items. Once your item is returned we will issue you a store credit for the value of the item (less postage costs). The store credit will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue. Please note: Postage/shipping and handling of products is not refundable. Goods are returned at your own cost and risk. We also reserve the right to refuse to provide you with a refund or exchange if the product is not received in its original packaging, undamaged and unused. What happens if a product is Out of Stock? We endeavor to ensure all information on our website is current and accurate at all times, however errors can occur. If our site does not state that a product is "Out of Stock" at the time of your purchase, we will advise you within 1 business day of this error. You will then have the option to either place your order on back order and await delivery of your product or cancel your order. We will of course advise you via email of the next delivery date regarding any back orders. If a product is "Out of Stock" and you would like to place a back order please contact us. What happens if my product is faulty?
Your satisfaction is our priority, if you believe your product is faulty, please contact us at contact@metromum.com.au within 7 days of receipt for assistance. If an item is faulty we will provide a refund or exchange your product
Do you offer gift wrap services?
Our signature Metro Mum wrapping is available for $3.99. This includes our personally selected high-gloss white wrapping paper, wrap banding, satin ribbon and hand written gift tag - available in blue and pink themes, of course!
To take advantage of this please select our gift wrap category from our home page and add gift wrapping to your shopping cart. Website content We strive to ensure that our website contains no errors in relation to pricing or product descriptions. However, on the rare occasion such errors may occur. If an error has occurred in relation to pricing, we will contact you within 24hours of the placement of your order to advise you of the error and to confirm your order. If an error has occurred with regards to product description, please contact us and we will happily provide a full refund or exchange the product to ensure your satisfaction.
