No Puree Just Finger Food at 6 months

My 6 month year old son, only wants finger food like banna bread, bread, biscuits. He refuses to eat the puree foods that you buy from the shops that a normal 6 month year old eats.

Is this normal?

I say let him just eat!

If he is not overweight or having any problems with the finger food then it should be fine.

As long as he is sitting, supporting his own head and neck and able to swallow the food without problems. I think thats “normal” for him and should be fine.
