The Minimonkey baby sling is the first baby sling with a safety clip and is nominated for the Kind + Jugend Innovation award 2008 in Germany. It can be used for babies & toddlers up to 12 kg. Newborns can be carried in the banana position or the baby sling can be used as a hammock in the cot or in the playpen. As the baby grows older the baby sling can be used in the kangaroo sit and as a hip carrier.

I have 3 different baby carriers but this was the most practical. My little one had colic and we would do all the washing and odd jobs at night while she was in the mini monkey. I found it better then the upright carriers as once she was asleep, i could lay her straight into bed. It is very comfortable to wear and washes well. I never managed to get my little one to sleep in hammock mode, but always considered that a bonus function anyway.
